DMCA & Copyright Policy

DrawColor respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Site to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

As a platform dedicated to sharing custom-drawn illustration sheets, we take pride in hosting only original creative works. If any of our uploaded sheets are suspected of copyright infringement, we will investigate promptly and take appropriate action.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent at hello@drawcolor.app that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature of the owner or person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (such as original registration details or link).
  • The URL or specific location on the Site of the allegedly infringing material, enabling us to locate it.
  • Your contact information (mailing address, telephone number, and email address).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a formal counter-notice to our designated agent via email. The counter-notice must satisfy the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) and contain: your physical or electronic signature, identification of the material that was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your name, address, and telephone number.

Repeat Infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable, restrict access to, and/or terminate the access of users or contributors who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
